Hydrangea macrophylla Blauling
Description: Deciduous shrub with pale blue lacecap blooms, mauve or pink on alkaline soils. Does well in sun or shade if kept moist and well-fed; dead-head and prune to fat buds in spring. Teller=plate, bred in Switzerland, good for tubs. Means 'Blue Butterfly'.
